Built in 1926, this magnificent yacht with its rich varnished mahogany, gleaming brass and handcrafted lead crystal windows from Paris has been painstakenly restored to her original elegance. Fully air conditioned with a spacious sundeck and ample room for guests to view the 12 meter racing, Mariner III will accommodate 30 "Commodores" who will board her at the New York Yacht Club dock after lunch and cruise Newport Harbor watching our 12 meters race while getting a "yachts eye view" of the magnificent Newport mansions.
 

Mariner III will return to the New York Yacht Club dock in time for the Commodores to enjoy the cocktail party and clambake.
 

Each Commodore will contribute $2500 to the MGH Americas Cup Fund and, since the event is completely underwritten by our Hosts,(Jerry Jordan, Clint Allen, Jack O'Brien and Ken Burnes), ALL proceeds go directly to the hospital.
